2·Recipient: a party to this agreement which receives or obtains directly or indirectly Confidential Information.

9·The consideration for each Party entering into this agreement is the agreement of each party to provide and the provision of Confidential Information by that Party to any other Party.
各党派参与签订本协议的考虑，是经各党派达成共识的协议，是党派与党派之间保密信息的规定。
10·Term and Termination. The obligations of this Agreement shall be continuing until the confidential Information disclosed to Recipient is no longer confidential.
条款的终止。协议规定的权利和义务一直有效直到发信人发给接收人的信息不在是保密信息。
