1·Any assignee or legal successor to either party shall assume all obligations and benefits of the contract.
任何委托代理人或合法继承者承担合同中的所有义务和享有所有权利。
2·If the legal successor is unwilling to be a partner, the partnership enterprise shall return the property shares he inherits according to law.
合法继承人不愿意成为该合伙企业的合伙人的，合伙企业应退还其依法继承的财产份额。
3·IV. Paragraph 3 of Article 6 shall be amended as: "Where the grieved legal person or any other organization is terminated, the successor to the rights thereof shall be entitled to claim compensation."
将第六条第三款修改为：“受害的法人或者其他组织终止的，其权利承受人有权要求赔偿。”
